World Mental Health Day
October 10th
World Mental Health Day was initiated in 1992 by the World Federation for Mental Health to raise global awareness of mental health issues and mobilize efforts to support mental well-being. Observed annually on October 10th, this day reminds us that mental health is a universal human right and that we must advocate for accessible care for all.
It’s a day to challenge the stigma surrounding mental illness and to promote conversations that foster understanding and compassion. Use this day to provide your schools and community with educational and insightful promotional products and resources to support mental health and encourage everyone to participate in this global movement for change.
