We accept school or government purchase orders. We ask that you mail, fax, or upload a copy of the original purchase order to us.
If for any reason you are not totally satisfied with a non-customized product, then return it back to us within 14 days of receiving it for a full merchandise credit, minus applicable shipping charges. Please contact customer service at 800-962-6662 or via chat to request a return authorization (RA#). Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. All returns must have a valid RA# on the package and shipped with an insured carrier, insured for their full retail value. You must include a copy of the invoice with your return, marking on it exactly what you are returning along with your RA#. You are responsible for the product until we receive it back. Please keep all tracking information until you have received a credit memo from NIMCO. Please note that customized products and PPE products are non-returnable.
Many of our promotional products are customizable. Prepayment or government purchase order is required on all CUSTOM orders. No returns are allowed on CUSTOM orders. Time of delivery for CUSTOM orders varies, usually from 3-6 weeks. Call customer service at 800-962-6662 ext 118 for more information.
