Return Policy

At Nimco, we strive to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase of any non-customized products, return it to us within 14 days of purchase for full merchandise credit, minus applicable shipping charges. Please note that this is only valid for non-customized products and that you are responsible for return shipping costs. 

To process your return, please contact customer service at 800-962-6662 or via chat and request a Return Authorization (RA#). Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. All returns must have a valid RA# on the package, and shipped with an insured carrier and insured for the full retail value. 

You must include a copy of your invoice with the return, marking on the invoice precisely what you are returning along with your RA#. You are responsible for the product until we receive it back. Please keep all tracking information until you have received a credit memo from NIMCO.

Please note that all customized products and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) are not eligible for a return, or merchandise credit.
