Cut Off time for Rush Production is 9:00 am CST.  Add 1 business day processing time to all orders submitted after that time.

No proof will be sent.  Please review carefully your order receipt and check for accuracy of your custom text, color and rush options.  All orders are final and once production has been started they cannot be stopped or changed.  If you notice any problems once you have checked out then call customer service immediately.

All customized products must be prepaid with credit card.  If you’re ordering for an institution that can only use purchase orders then please call and talk to a customer service representative.  No online orders will be processed for rush custom orders without a valid credit card.
